Our Story
Basa was born from a deep love for the creative industry and firsthand frustration with its bureaucratic bottlenecks. Our founder, Adam Schlossman, experienced these challenges across hundreds of deals in music, film/TV, and audio as a former artist manager for Delta Rae and Executive Producer at Religion of Sports.
Alongside tech innovator Ryan Buterbaugh, Adam recognized a looming challenge: AI's impending revolution in content creation. This shift presented both threat and opportunity. They saw that embracing this change could propel the industry forward, but it required a solution to transact at the pace of creation while preserving human creativity's irreplaceable value.
Combining over 40 years of expertise in entertainment, deal-making, and cutting-edge technology, Adam and Ryan created Basa.
